I have been in the travel industry for over 15 years. In those 15 years, I have worked as the Office Manager of a full service travel agency for 5 years and with a very large internet based - cruise only -agency for 3 years. Presently we have owned our Cruise Planners agency for the past 6 years.
I have achieved a "Specialist" designation with Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Holland America and have the industry certification from CLIA, Cruise Lines International Association as an ACC, Accredited Cruise Counsellor. I am currently working to achieve my MCC status, Master Cruise Counsellor!
Mike and I were married in 1999 on the Island of St. John, USVI while sailing aboard the beautiful Grand Princess. (Wedding and Honeymoon packages are one of my many "Specialties".) I am also a Certified Sandals Specialist with a lot of experience in Sandals and Beaches packages.
We have two children; Maegan (a teacher) and Myles (A CTN in the US Navy stationed at Pensacola NAS) and a daughter-in-law Izzy. Mike has owned an HVAC business here in our hometown for the past 24 years and is looking forward to retiring (in the future) to the Travel Industry with me!
